Note: All oats are already gluten free, but if you are gluten intolerant, you should be sure to specifically buy gluten-free oats, because this ensures they were made in a gluten-free facility.
These ingredients can easily be substituted for other nutritious fruits, but I do recommend you use Goji Berries, because they have been said to be the most nutritionally dense fruit on earth, hence our title Superfood Pancakes, and plus, they taste incredible too.
